Find Your Stillness with Switzon S. Wigfall for Facebook

In the spirit of Meditation Day, H+ Creative Artist Switzon S. Wigfall created an homage to the classic metaphysical diagrams of meditation for Facebook. The animation is a portrait of a meditating character, as if seen through a spiritual x-ray machine, energy channeling in through the nose, down to the lungs, through the bloodstream, and beaming from the forehead into the ether and back to the body. A perfect synergistic loop that also suggests a growing love and serenity in the central character.
